*Booking Policy* A NON-REFUNDABLE booking deposit is required to secure your appointment and must be paid directly on the booking site. The deposit will be deducted from the service total. Remaining balance must be paid at time of service. We accept all major cards, and cash as forms of payment. *Cancellation/No Show Policy* To cancel/reschedule your appointment, you must contact us 48hrs before your appointment at 919.480.1626 or your deposit will be fortieted. Deposits are transferrable when 48hrs notice is given. No shows will be banned from rebooking. *Late Policy* Please call 919.480.1626 if you are going to be late. We have a grace period of 15min, after 15 min late your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. We will try our best to accommodate you if we are able to. *Lash Refill* You must have 40% lashes left to receive a refill, otherwise you will be charged for a full set. We do not offer refills after 3 weeks past your last appointment. We only offer refills to current clients. We do not lash over other artists work. *Guest/Children Policy* Due to limited space and safety no guests or children are allowed. No exceptions! *Makeup* For best results please come to your appointment with a face free of makeup, oils and debris. For safety and comfortability please remove contacts prior to appointment if receiving lash services. *Refunds* We will do our best to ensure you are happy with your service. But we Do Not Offer Refunds. No exceptions! *48HR Touch up* If for any reason you have any issues please contact me within 48hrs after your appointment date for a complimentary touch up or removal. Failure to do so, any issues will be on you to manage.
